This time of year I do my best to spend time loving myself and creating more love in the world, so I’m sending you some love in the form of a video that I found while wandering the internet.

This inspiring video reinforced some things I’ve been thinking about in terms of really getting my energy up. It’s one of the biggest things we can do to manifest our dreams, desires and be able to serve more people!

In the video she talks about how to rid yourself of those pesky judgments that keeps us in lower levels of energy.

She uses a great phrase: “Love or above” to focus on having our energy be loving, joyful, grateful or bliss!

I’ve been looking for a way to hold an energetic shift in my mind. You know, when I get stuck, I need tools (and lots of them) to shift into love, joy and openness. And any good tools for that are worth their weight in gold!

The thing I found the most useful about the video was the exercise at the end about connecting with the divine.
